Most buyers start with a polyester base at 190T, 210T, or 300T. The 190T and 210T weights suit high-volume promotional runs where cost per unit drives the decision. The 300T base gives a denser hand feel and better print surface for event merchandise and team kits. Every base can be paired with mesh front panels, mesh side pockets, or full mesh bodies depending on the use case. Mesh gauge and color are matched to your sample or Pantone reference.
Logo and Print Methods for Promotional and Event Orders
Drawstring bags carry branding differently than structured backpacks. The most common methods we run on this category are heat-press PVC and reflective transfer. Heat-press PVC has a logo MOQ of approximately 500 pieces and gives a raised, durable mark that holds up on 190T and 210T polyester. Reflective transfer starts around 1000 pieces and is popular for running events, night races, and safety giveaways. Single-color Pantone matching holds a Delta E of 2.0 or better from 200 pieces. For smaller runs, screen printing on the flat polyester panel is often the most cost-effective route. We also support woven label application and inside pocket branding for team orders that need a cleaner exterior.

Sampling takes 1 to 10 days and is paid. Bulk production runs 15 to 20 days for standard orders. If your event date is fixed, rush options reduce lead time by 30 to 70 percent for a 20 to 40 percent fee.
